Even after the Trent Richardson trade, the Browns have made headlines with mixed success from two QBs not named Brandon Weeden.
The Browns did not waste any time pulling the second year QB. Since then, Hoyer, Campbell and Weeden have combined for four wins.
With Hoyer done for the year, Weeden will look to put on a good showing to get his starting role back.
Both teams will rely on their defense to pull most of the weight in the game, with the offense doing just enough to come away with a win.
The Browns and Jags are 29th and 32nd, respectively, in PPG. This is a game when 14-17 points could be enough to win.
It will be up to Chad Henne and the Browns' QB to win the game, though. Neither run game will play a factor.
