Head coach: Gus Bradley
Whether the Jags finish 0-16 or 8-8, Bradley will be the head coach when the team prepares for the 2014-15 season.
A few factors will help his job security.
Essentially, he came in with David Caldwell. Despite the dormant free agency period, the team's above par draft will help both of them.
I also have a feeling that everyone in the organization that this is Blaine's last shot before they finally go in another direction.
The third reason is that the Jags are a point where they have to ask themselves, "If not, then who?"
That is not to say that there is a 0 percent chance that Bradley will be fired. But it would be surprising.
The QB: Teddy Bridgewater
Blaine's time will finally be done and Henne will be a free agent. As more games are played in London, it's time for a new face under center!
The RB: Forsett/Todman
Like Henne, MJD's contract will be up, and he is not in the Jaguars' future plans.
His age and falling production-among plenty of other factors-will outweigh his leadership in the lockerrom.
