Well the ugly football field trend that started with
It looks like a giant Waldo shirt from "Where's Waldo?"... This trend needs to stop though. Eastern Washington and Central Arkansas are other schools to sell their souls just to get 15 seconds of fame. Maybe I'm just a traditionalist, but I don't like this mess! Football is supposed to be played on grass which, unless the groundskeeper uses the wrong chemicals, is green.
Stop TRYING to be original and let's stick with THE original...

Top high school basketball recruit Jabari Parker of Chicago has listed the 10 schools he's considering enrolling to next year. Parker is considered by many the top high school prospect to arise since LeBron James, so obviously every elite college coach has been making a run at this kid, but here is the final 10 options (in no order).
He is moron (hence the BYU selection on the list), so it will be interesting how much his religion will play a role in his decision. I am also intrigued by the DePaul, Stanford, and Florida listing. The other schools listed are all traditional power houses who get top recruits regularly but the three I just listed have other values for Parker, who I must add is an 'A' student.
It would be awesome if Billy Donovan can pull this one into Gainesville!

Kobe Bryant made comments recently that the 2012 USA Basketball team is better than the 1992 USA Team aka the "Dream Team". Michael Jordan, who was the star member of that star laden '92 team, laughed at Kobe's remarks when asked about it. Jordan agrees this current squad might be more athletic, but when it comes down to overall smarts and game play, there's "no comparison".
The 1992 team won it's games by an average of more than 43 points, had 11 future Hall of Famers, and EASILY won the gold medal. It's yet to see how this current team finishes, but if Kobe wants to back up his talk then he better be ready to ball out at the Olympics.
Good luck and GO USA!
